What we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, organisation, work email, phone number, sector, interest and message.
- Basic technical data our web server records for security: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and provide quotes.
- To protect our website against abuse and attacks.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored on our own servers in Malaysia and delivered to our sales mailbox through our business email provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this website and respond to you, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by the PDPA.
